How to Set Up Your Infinite Campus Parent PortalWould you like to be able to see your child's grades,  student fees,  classroom assignments, and more?

Call OES between 8:00 am & 4:00 pm and one of our OES office staff will  give you your Activation Key so you can get your Parent Portal account set up in Infinite Campus. You will be able to use your IC Parent Portal account for the entirety your child is a student in Boone County Schools.

Kindergarten Registration

Re-Opens July 1st 2024!

Once Online Registration Forms are completed, please bring the items below to Ockerman Elementary School:

  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residence - phone bill, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.
  • Current KY Immunization Certificate 
  • Current Physical - must be dated within 1 year of start date of school
  • KY Dental Screening
  • KY Eye Exam
  • Social Security Card

Registration Forms will be completed online.

Community Eligibility Program (CEP) Sign-Up InformationGreat News! Your student's school is participating in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) for the 2024-2025 school year.

What does this mean for your child(ren)? All Students at CEP schools receive free breakfast and lunch during the 23-24 school year!

Can my child(ren) still buy snacks? Your child(ren)'s school can receive additional benefits from the state, like funds for your FRYSC! All you need to do is complete a Household & Income form (HIF). To complete a HIF online, visit www.myschoolapps.com or scan the QR code below. You can also ask for a paper form in the school office.
